Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients receiving unilateral rTHA who underwent hip revision under hypotensive anesthesia and normal anesthesia at West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2010 to February 2023; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Medical Conditions I-III; 3. Follow-up time exceeded 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to TXA include: 1. Coronary artery disease; 2. Renal failure (serum creatinine > 200 mmol/L, creatinine clearance 50s or prothrombin time > 5s).
