Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 75 years old, and the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease were based on the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease; 2. Diagnostic criteria for hypertension disease based on the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China (2022 Revised Third Edition) issued by the Revision Committee of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension; 3. Junior high school education level or above, and the patient was conscious and stable; 4. No previous exercise habits, i.e. exercise frequency < 3 times/week and duration < 30 min/time; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with motor disorders; 2. Those with combined severe cardiac, cerebral, renal and other vital organ insufficiency; 3. Combined with severe cardiac arrhythmia; 4. Combined with serious valve lesions and need surgery; 5. Combined with diabetes mellitus and serious complications.
