Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have basic communication skills and be able to communicate in Mandarin; 2. Clear consciousness, can express autonomously; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Did not complete the preliminary course as required by the training program; 2. Failed to complete the "Health Assessment" inquiry theory course due to illness or other reasons.
