Interventions

Group A: "Tongdu Tiaoshen" acupuncture group:"Tongdu Tiaoshen" acupuncture treatment. Acupoints: "Xiangqizhen" (bilateral Fengchi, bilateral Tianzhu, bilateral Wangu, Fengfu), Taixi, Xuanzhong, Baihui
Group B: placebo needle group:Acupuncture with placebo needle. Point selection, acupoint selection basis, positioning, operation, precautions: the same as Group A

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI; 2. Be over 60 years old; 3. No severe hearing, speech and comprehension impairment, can complete various cognitive assessments; 4. Those who do not have serious underlying diseases and can cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 5. No mental illness, etc.; 6. Informed consent and voluntary signing of the Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious underlying diseases and unstable conditions; 2. Those with speech impairment, severe vision loss, hearing impairment, and unable to cooperate with assessment and treatment; 3. Those with obvious mental and emotional abnormalities that affect acupuncture treatment; 4. Those who are participating in other researchers; 5. Other cases that medical personnel deem necessary to exclude.
