Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OCT found patients with DSM characteristics; 2. Patients with high myopia with diopter (equivalent spherical mirror) = 26mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with glaucoma; 2. Patients with macular hemorrhage of high myopia; 3. Patients with macular edema caused by non high myopia; 4. Patients with active choroidal neovascularization caused by non high myopia; 5. Patients with diabetic retinopathy; 6. Amblyopia patients; 7. Patients who have undergone cataract surgery with an eye axis >= 26mm and refractive index (equivalent spherical mirror) >= -6D.
