Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of outlet obstructive constipation; 2. Symptoms appeared at least 6 months before diagnosis, nearly 3 months in line with the diagnostic criteria; 3. Between 18-70 years old; 4. Informed consent and cooperate with examination, treatment and follow-up of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anorectal diseases include anal fissure, anal fistula, perianal / intermuscular abscess, hemorrhoids, cryptitis, perianal skin disease, anorectal tumor, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, isolated rectal ulcer; 2. Urogenital diseases include endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginal / cervicitis, prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract infection, interstitial cystitis, urogenital tumors; 3. Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women; 4. History of pelvic and spinal cord injury; 5. There are contraindications to pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment such as implanted metals; 6. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs due to mental disorders; 7. Have a history of anal and pelvic floor surgery in the last 3 months; 8. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, respiratory system and hematopoietic system diseases or malignant tumors, severe headache, high blood pressure, open wounds, acute cerebral hemorrhage, vascular embolism and acute infectious diseases; 9. Patients with other factors that may affect the results of the study or who are not suitable for the study according to the researcher's judgment; 10. Interrupted treatment during the observation period, incomplete data, unable to judge the efficacy.
