18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old, with no sex limitation; 2. A diagnosis of DDH with acetabular defects classified as Crowe type II-III and Hartofilakidis type B; 3. No intraarticular puncture and drug injection and no peri-articular drug application in the past 3 months; 4. Full awareness of the benefits and risks of this trial a willingness to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Routine surgical contraindications; 2. A history of THA surgery and need to remove internal implants during the operation; 3. A high infection risk; 4. Massive bone defect when there is either the absence of anterior or posterior wall or more than 40% of the uncoverage.
