Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children born from IVF/ICSI; 2. Singleton's birth; 3. Children aged 4-6 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving preimplantation embryo genetic screening (PGT); 2. Either parent has abnormal chromosome structure or number; 3. Sperm donor or egg donor; 4. Information on important cases missed; 5. Refuse to participate in this study; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; 7. Other reasons are not considered appropriate for clinical investigators.
