Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary Parkinson's disease who met the diagnostic criteria of the UK Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank; 2. Parkinson's Disease Grading Scale (Hoehn-Yahr) 1-4; 3. No gender restriction, right-handed, age <= 85 years old; 4. No cognitive dysfunction was detected through mini-mental state examination (MMSE); 5. Normal vision, hearing and language; 6. Agree and cooperate with relevant work of the test, voluntarily participate in the test study, and sign the informed consent=.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other neurological diseases affecting gait; 2. Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Walkers affected by severe hypertension, vascular diseases, cardiac insufficiency and osteoarthrosis; 4. There are contraindications to MRI; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; Alcohol or drug abusers.
