Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 2.0), with normal or mildly reduced ejection fraction, with or without mild ventricular hypertrophy; 3. Persistence of cardiac restrictive pathophysiological manifestations: repeated echocardiography examinations (interval > 6 months) still shows ventricular diastolic dysfunction and significant atrial dilatation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Constrictive pericarditis diagnosed by cardiac catheterization or pathology; 2. Atrial dilatation due to cardiac valve diseases or atrial fibrillation; 3. Significant ventricular hypertrophy (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy phenotype predominantly) with restrictive filling dysfunction; 4. Other factors or diseases leading to restrictive pathophysiology: sarcoidosis, chemotherapy, systemic sclerosis, diabetes, Anderson-Fabry disease, Danon disease, PRKAG2 disease, iron-overload, glycogenosis, endocardial fibroelastosis and cardiac tumors.
