Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged over 65 years old; (2) Scheduled to undergo total hip replacement surgery under general anesthesia; (3) Obtain informed consent from patients or their family members
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are allergic to remimazolam tosilate or patients who have severe allergic history and family history in the past; (2)Dementia (including dementia with Parkinson's disease,Alzheimer's disease and Lewy bodies); (3) Had a history of stroke or any other central nervous system disease within 6 months; (4) Inability to communicate because of severe visual, auditory or verbal problems; (5) Patients with severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases; (6) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (7) Patients considered unfit to participate in this clinical study
