Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, ASA I~II; 2. Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic living donor hepatectomy with inflow occlusion (Pringle maneuver).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe cardiovascular disease; 2. puncture site infection; 3. allergy to local anesthetics 4. chronic pain and long-term use of analgesic drugs 5. drug or alcohol abuse; 6. those who refuse to participate in observation. 7. those who have been turned on intraoperatively; 8. Intraoperative hemorrhage; 9. Serious adverse events such as local anesthetic poisoning; 10. Post-operative unplanned transfer to ICU with tracheal tube; 11. Persons who undergo a second operation within 48 hours after surgery.
