Interventions

Etomidate group:Etomidate 0.3 mg/kg for induction of anesthesia and 0.5 mg/kg/h for maintenance of anesthesia
Etomidate and esketamine group:Etomidate 0.3 mg/kg and esketamine 0.5 mg/kg/h for induction of anesthesia and etomidate 0.5 mg/kg/h and esketamine 0.25 mg/kg/h for maintenance of anesthesia

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 65 to 85 years old; 2) Patients who have received preoperative radiotherapy; 3) Patients undergoing thoracic and abdominal surgery under general anesthesia with an operative time of = 4h 4) ASA class I-III; 5) BMI of 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2 [BMI=weight (Kg)/height (m)2 ]; 6) ethical, patients volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any cerebrovascular accident within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc; 2) severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function (severe liver function abnormalities: ALT, conjugated bilirubin, AST, ALP, total bilirubin one of which is > 2 times the upper limit of normal; severe kidney function abnormalities: Cr clearance 10 days within 6 months or with a history of adrenocortical suppression or with immune system disorders 8) persons with low thyroid function 9) those with a history of asthma 10) those who have had a second surgery within 3 months 11) Contraindication or allergy to esketamine and other anesthetic drugs 12) Patients enrolled in other studies within 30 days.
