Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. LST group: ranging from 18 to 80 years old; The diagnosis of LST was defined by the typical LST appearance. 2. HC group: ranging from 18 to 80 years old; The colonoscopy was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the use of antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics in the past 3 months; 2) taking immunosuppressor or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 3 months; 3) prior medical history of abdominal surgery; 4) past medical record of severe organ failure (including ARDS, AMI, kidney failure and sepsis, etc.); 5) digestive diseases that have an impact on the gut microbiota (IBD, cirrhosis, chronic pancreatitis, etc.); 6) non-digestive diseases that affect the intestinal flora (such as diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's Disease, depression, anxiety); 7)malignant disease; 8) the current period of pregnancy or lactation; 9) unable to comply with the protocol
