Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?2018.1-2023.1 Patients who underwent intramural ASO surgery in lower extremity in Xiamen Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. ? Age =45 years old. ? The anesthesia method was nerve block (iliac fascia combined with sciatic nerve block) or MAC. And at least one of the following risk factors 1) Age =60 years old 2) The patient presented clinical symptoms such as intermittent claudication, resting pain, and lower limb ulcer before surgery 3) hypertension requiring medical treatment 4) Patients with diabetes requiring medication or insulin therapy 5) Complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease 6) Smoking history and not quit 7) Preoperative serum creatinine =175umol/l
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients receiving anesthesia other than MAC and nerve block (2) Changes in surgical methods: interventional surgery is transformed into open surgery ? Interventional ASO of lower extremity combined with upper extremity or other types of surgery (4) Myocardial injury caused by ischemic factors (pulmonary embolism, etc.) or sepsis after non-cardiac surgery was excluded for MINS
