Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with head and neck tumors undergoing initial surgical treatment; ? Age = 18 years old; ? The MSSNS positive screening criteria are that the total score is not less than the Chinese norm (= 60 points); ? FoP-Q-SF score = 34 points; ? Not taking any psychotropic drugs two weeks before enrollment; ? Not accompanied by other serious organic lesions; ? Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with a past history of mental and cognitive impairment; ? Individuals who have abused alcohol or neuroactive drugs within one year; ? Individuals with certain comprehension barriers; ? Simultaneously participating in other clinical trials.
