18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established in 2019 and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. First stroke with a duration of 2 weeks or more; 3. MMSE assessment scale:illiteracy (no education) 6 years of education) <= 24 points; 4. Stable condition and stable vital signs; 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing cognitive deficits or suspected cognitive impairment, such as a history of psychiatric disorders and emotional abnormalities, heavy alcohol consumption or drug abuse; 2. Other organic brain diseases and serious heart, lung, kidney, liver and other functional impairments; 3. There is a serious visual or (and) hearing impairment can not complete the examination.
