Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: frozen breast milk was collected from mothers of premature infants with birth weight < 1800g

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers with the following conditions were excluded: lactating mothers who drank alcohol or smoked during pregnancy or lactation; Use of medicines to treat specific diseases from the start of lactation; Presence of systemic active infection, mastitis, viral or fungal infection of the nipple or areola; Having obesity (pre-pregnancy BMl> 28); Diabetes mellitus; Mental disorders and postpartum depression; Abusing drugs, stimulants, etc.
