Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult stroke patients (18 years and older); 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke due to acute intracranial large artery occlusion confirmed by computed tomography angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA); 3. Within 6 hours after stroke onset; or over 6 hours when radiological imaging indicates mismatch. 4. Pre-stroke Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0-2 (mRS scores range from 0 to 6, with 0 indicating no disability, 1 no clinically significant disability, 2 slight disability, 3 moderate disability but able to walk unassisted, 4 moderately severe disability, 5 severe disability, and 6 death); 5. Informed consent was obtained from all patients (or next of kin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage; 2.Patients failed to succeed in artery puncture and endovascular treatment regardless of various reasons.
