Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients WHO met the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease, and percutaneous coronary intervention implanted 1 or 2 stents, patients diagnosed as low risk factors according to the risk stratification of exercise rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease; 3. Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction > 50%; ? single vessel coronary artery disease; 5. Patients with cardiac function grade I-II; 6. No speech impairment, no mental disease, normal communication, free physical activity; 7. Patients and their families agreed and actively cooperated with exercise rehabilitation treatment, and had the ability to use Wechat mini program; 8. Transradial or ulnar artery puncture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia (atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation, sinus tachycardia), sudden cardiac death, aortic dissection, mitral valve, tricuspid valve stenosis or insufficiency, and cardiac function class III or above; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction [Child-Pugh grade B or C; eGFR 50 mmHg), such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, bronchiectasis, pulmonary heart disease, etc.; 4. History of surgery and trauma within 3 months; 5. Those who had a history of falls within half a month, were unable to exercise independently, or took anti-anxiety or depression drugs; 6. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction within 1 month.
