Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, 156 patients who required elective radical thyroid cancer surgery under general anesthesia, aged =18 years, ASA class I-III, cardiac function class I-II, Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2, and surgery start time <12:00 were selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe psychiatric disorders; chronic sleep medication with a preoperative PSQI score of >7; comorbid neurological disorders; alcoholics and those with a history of substance abuse; long-term steroids and hormones; history of major surgery within 6 months prior to surgery; patients who cannot cooperate with the study
