Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 underwent valve replacement surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass between 2010 and 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned tracheal intubation before surgery; 2. EF 2.0 mg/dl before surgery; 5. Cardiac arrest before cardiopulmonary bypass; 6. Second-time surgery during the operation; 7. Need for IABP or ECMO support after surgery; 8. Postoperative body temperature below 36?; 9. Active bleeding after surgery.
