Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The first occurrence of stroke; ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Fourth Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, confirmed as stroke by head CT or MRI; ? Age 18-75 years old; ? Unilateral onset, course of disease within 6 months, stable condition; ? Brunnstrom motor function staging: upper limbs and hands = stage IV; ? Upper limb flexor muscle tension Ashworth grade = 2; ? Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 21 points, clear awareness, and good compliance; ? The patient personally signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Progressive stroke or subarachnoid hemorrhage, unstable condition; ? Patients with severe heart disease, primary hypertension, and other internal medical diseases, as well as psychological trauma and cognitive impairment; ? Complicated with severe muscle tone disorders and/or involuntary movements; ? Implantation or carrying of pacemakers, intracranial or therapeutic areas with metal components that may interfere with brain computer interfaces; ? Patients with epilepsy and brain tumor; ? Those who have poor compliance and are unwilling to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
