30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who met the 1987 American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria for RA and met the indications for total knee arthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty; ? patients who had completed preoperative cervical spine anteroposterior, flexion and extension functional X-ray film, knee joint anteroposterior and lateral X-ray, pelvic anteroposterior X-ray film; ? patients with complete preoperative data; ? no cervical disc herniation, history of cervical spine surgery, cervical infection, cervical tumor and congenital cervical deformity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with cervical disc herniation, history of cervical spine surgery, cervical infection, cervical tumor and congenital cervical deformity; ? patients with incomplete preoperative data; ? Patients with contraindications to hip or knee replacement.
