Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Transcriptome data of 633 colorectal cancer tissue specimens and 51 normal tissue specimens were obtained from the TCGA database (https: //portal.gdc.cancer.gov/). In this study, TCGA-CRC was used as the training set and GSE40967 as an independent validation set.
