PD Door-to-door rehabilitation group:The home rehabilitation service is provided 3 times a week and the other 2 times are conducted independently according to the home training assignments left by the

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's disease inclusion criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China formulated by the Parkinson's Disease and Motion Disorders Group of Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016; Hoehn Yahr stage is ?-?;age 60-80; have not participated in rehabilitation training in the past month; approved by the Ethics Committee of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Coronary heart disease inclusion criteria: New York heart function classification was Grade II stable coronary heart disease; the diagnostic criteria for stable coronary heart disease refer to the CLARIFY study; at least one of the following conditions is met and the symptoms are stable: previous myocardial infarction was in the past more than 3 months; coronary CT angiography or coronary angiography confirmed that the stenosis degree of at least one coronary artery was more than 50%; ECG exercise load test showed that chest pain or tightness was caused by myocardial ischemia; coronary artery bypass grafting or PCI was performed in the past more than 3 months; age 60-80; have not participated in rehabilitation training in the past month; approved by the Ethics Committee of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Sarcopenia Inclusion criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria of Asian Working Group on sarcopenia; age 60-80; have not participated in rehabilitation training in the past month; approved by the Ethics Committee of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parkinson's disease exclusion criteria: parkinson's syndrome; complicated with other serious nervous system diseases or motor system diseases; combined with severe cognitive disorder or mental disorder; combined with severe visual or hearing impairment; poor compliance. Exclusion criteria for coronary heart disease: those with other serious diseases or dysfunction affecting the quality of life; those with severe motor system diseases or nervous system diseases that affect motor function; those with severe cognitive disorder or mental disorder; pacemaker implants; poor compliance. Sarcopenia exclusion criteria: those with other serious diseases or dysfunction affecting the quality of life; those with severe motor system diseases or nervous system diseases that affect motor function; those with severe cognitive disorder or mental disorder; poor compliance.
