Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Primary single lung cancer cases, inclusion criteria : primary single lung cancer, no previous history of cancer ; no history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, no tumor targeted drugs and surgical treatment ; ( 2 ) Primary multiple lung cancer cases, inclusion criteria : primary multiple lung cancer, requiring at least 2 pulmonary nodules to reach AIS ( adenocarcinoma in situ ) ; the remaining requirements are the same as ( 1 ) ( 3 ) Multiple primary cancer cases, inclusion criteria : patients with a history of cancer, primary lung cancer ; the remaining requirements are the same as ( 1 ) ( 4 ) young lung cancer cases, inclusion criteria : patients younger than 50 years old, the remaining requirements are the same as ( 1 )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Small cell lung cancer cases ( 2 ) Cases of lung cancer treated by surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and tumor targeted drugs ( 3 ) Non-early lung cancer cases
