Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for perianal abscess and are not accompanied by obvious fistula formation. 2. Patients aged between 18 and 70, regardless of gender. 3. No other serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system, or immune system diseases have been associated. 4. Informed consent, sign an informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Submucosal abscess, perianal subcutaneous abscess and sphincter abscess. 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, as well as mental illnesses. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Subjects participating in clinical studies of other drugs. 5. Patients with scar constitution, allergic constitution, or allergic to postoperative fluid replacement. 6. Complicated with systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, malignant tumor, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.
