Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung Cancer patient ? Patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathological examination are expected to survive for more than six months(according to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (2022, 7th Edition); ? Over 18 years old and under 65 years old; ? No cognitive impairment, =26 scores on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA); ? Can communicate and communicate in Chinese; ? Can use smart phones; ? The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and had good compliance; ? The information of the study object is complete and reliable, and the conditions of follow-up are available. 2. Lung Cancer Caregiver ? Family caregivers of a patient with primary NSCLC confirmed by pathological examination assumes the primary care responsibility((according to the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (2022, 7th Edition); ? Over 18 years old and under 65 years old; ? Can communicate, communicate and write in Chinese; ? Can use smart phones; ? Voluntarily participated in the study and had good compliance; ? The information of the study object is complete and reliable, and there are conditions for follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung Cancer patient ? Patients with other respiratory diseases, such as COPD and pneumoconiosis; ? Patients with heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases ? Patients with severe central nervous system disease. ? Having accepted similar interventions (such as cognitive behavioral therapy) 2. Lung Cancer Caregiver ? Taking care of other patients at the same time; ? With a history of disease or other serious problems affecting daily life; ? With severe central nervous system disease. ? Having accepted similar interventions (such as cognitive behavioral therapy)
