30 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged between 20 and 45 years old; 2. HBsAg+ more than 6 months ; 3. Voluntary hepatitis E vaccine ; 4. HEV-IgG, HEV-IgM were negative ; 5. blood routine and liver function were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HBsAg negative; 2. Received other vaccines within 14 days prior to admission; 3. Pregnant women or breastfeeding; 4. Fever (axillary temperature =38?) and acute disease, epilepsy and epilepsy history, coagulation dysfunction, immune system disorders, and allergic to vaccine components or previous vaccine allergies; 5 The researchers considered that it was not suitable for inclusion.
