Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women with a history of RIF, RIF refers to failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after one of the following conditions with all embryos transferred being of good quality: (1) 3 or more embryo transfer cycles; (2) 2 embryo transfer cycles where no less than three embryos were transferred cumulatively; 2. Women under the age of 38 years at the time of informed consent; 3. Women with at least 1 good-quality blastocysts on day 5 or day 6 of embryo culture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with a uterine cavity abnormality, such as a uterine congenital malformation (uterus unicornate, bicornate, or duplex); untreated uterine septum, submucous myoma, multiple endometrial polyp(s); or with a history of severe intrauterine adhesions; with untreated hydrosalpinx; with thin endometrium (= 2 previous miscarriages; 4. Previous implantation failure occurred after transfer of euploid embryos following PGT-A; 5. Women who are indicated and planned to undergo PGT-M or PGT-SR; 6. Women who use donated oocytes or sperm to achieve pregnancy; 7. Women with medical contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy.
