Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older; 2. Clinical diagnosis of ST elevation acute myocardial infarction with severe cardiogenic shock (systolic blood pressure 4 mmHg or cardiac ultrasound EF < 35%); 3. Acute myocardial infarction Patients with concomitant ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation; 4. Cardiac arrest after acute myocardial infarction; 5. Obtain informed consent and signature from the patient or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, with end-stage severe organ failure; 2, advanced malignancy; 3, combined with severe bleeding disorders, 4, irreversible damage to the central nervous system; 5, severe vascular malformations that cannot be placed; 6, those who have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 7, other reasons that the investigator considers inappropriate for enrollment
