Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age : =18 years old 2) patients with a diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma 3) Patients volunteered to participate in this study, signed written informed consent, and were willing to cooperate with follow-up 4) patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who underwent any surgery within 4 weeks before the examination; 2) patients' ALT) or AST was greater than or equal to 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, or CCr was greater than the upper limit of normal value; 3) The patients' WBC was greater than 10.0X109/L or less than 1.0X09/L at the time of screening examination; 4) the patient has a history of immunodeficiency diseases (e.g. HIV), or a history of cancer or malignancy other than pancreatic cancer, or a history of autoimmune diseases, or serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that may significantly reduce life expectancy; 5) a history of any medical conditions (e.g. severe mental disorders, cognitive impairment, substance abuse or addiction) that may affect adherence to the protocol; 6) severe anemia patients with hemoglobin < 7g before surgery; 7) enrolled in a clinical trial within 6 months before screening; 8) patients judged by the investigator to be ineligible for the study;
