Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracranial Ruptured Aneurysms (2021) and the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracranial Unruptured Aneurysms (2021) issued by the NeuroInterventional Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Association in 2021, patients with intracranial aneurysms and patients with intracranial aneurysms confirmed as negative by cerebrovascular examination (CTA, MRA or DSA).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Excluding traumatic cerebral hemorrhage, hematological disease, abnormal coagulation function, hypertensive brain, arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and other intracranial vascular malformations, moyamoya disease, intracranial tumor stroke, pseudoaneurysm, etc; 2) Excluding pregnant patients; 3) Exclude patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood system diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4) Less than 18 years old
