Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? It met the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, and was confirmed as ACS by CAG examination ? Age 18 and above ? Clear mind, with normal understanding and communication skills ? All signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with hepatic insufficiency, bile duct obstruction or cholestasis ? Patients with stroke, acute heart failure, severe arrhythmia, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, acute infectious disease, pulmonary thromboembolism, cognitive impairment or psychiatric history, coagulation or hematopoietic dysfunction ? Patients with secondary cardiac dysfunction, such as valvular heart disease, dilated, hypertrophic, restrictive cardiomyopathy, constrictive pericarditis ? Patients with acute coronary syndromes not caused by coronary atherosclerosis, such as coronary malformations, Kawasaki disease, trauma, multiple aortitis, infecting endocarditis or coronary embolism caused by atrial fibrillation
