Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years;(2) Meet the diagnosis criteria of the "Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2022", and have confirmed ischemic lesions on head imaging;(3) Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (2) Within the past 3 months, have taken medications that affect homocysteine metabolism, such as folate, B vitamins, methotrexate, or anti-epileptic drugs; (3) Have a history of coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease, heart valve disease, atrial fibrillation, congenital heart disease, or other heart diseases; (4) Have blood system, endocrine system diseases, malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney diseases, etc.;(5) Have a history of autoimmune diseases or long-term use of steroids or immunosuppressive drugs.
