Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Adult (18 years or older) patients admitted to participating centers. 2?Non-cardiac surgery. 3?Signed informed consent form 4?ASAI-III level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Hypersensitivity to the drug used for anesthesia or its excipients. 2?Atrioventricular block, intracerebroventricular or sinus conduction block. 3?Adam-Stokes syndrome. 4, Long-term receipt of beta-blockers and HR <50 beats/min. 5, Severe cardiovascular disease (such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction) 6, High intraocular pressure. 7, Hyperthyroidism.
