Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) age = 60 years; (ii) rural permanent residents (time = 6 months); (iii) clear consciousness and ability to communicate efficiently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) suffering from serious acute and chronic diseases, such as severe heart failure, renal failure, liver disease, malignancy, etc.; (ii) assessed as cognitive dysfunction by the simple mental state examination (MMSE) assessment for cognitive dysfunction (MMSE test: illiterate = 19, elementary school = 22, junior high school and above < 26 as cognitive dysfunction ); (iii) those who are deaf, blind, aphasic or unable to communicate normally due to other physical diseases.
