Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All participants should be 20-25 years old and have at least 3 years of specialized experience; (2) All participants were in good health and had no history of brain trauma, drug dependence, psychiatric, neurological or family history; (3) After detailed introduction of the research process, purpose, significance and safety by relevant personnel, participants voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent, had good compliance, and cooperated with the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Smoking, drinking or taking drugs known to alter hormonal responses; (2) Athletes with obvious injuries during the experiment, heavy consumption of alcohol or high levels of caffeine within 24 hours before the test, or with incomplete test data will be excluded.
