60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Pulmonary function is basically normal; ? Age = 60 years old; ? The spirometry results are normal; ? BMI < 30 kg/m2 ? ASA Grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Abnormal spirometry results; ? Non pulmonary postoperative complications; ? Patients with insufficient data collection; ? Postoperative mechanical ventilation is required; ? Emergency surgery; ? Planned or unplanned admission to ICU after surgery; ? Bleeding volume greater than 1000 ml; ? The operation time is greater than 4 hours.
