Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel disease Inclusion criteria 1) Clinical/endoscopic/historical diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease; 2) No history of diabetes, hypertension or hyperlipidemia; 3) Age: 16-39 years old; 4) No probiotics in the past 2 weeks; 5) No antibiotics in the past 3 months; 6) No surgical history. Healthy control group Inclusion criteria 1) No history of diabetes, hypertension or hyperlipidemia; 2) Age: 16-39 years old; 3) No probiotics in the past 2 weeks; 4) No antibiotics in the past 3 months; 5) No surgical history;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel disease Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of other systemic diseases; 2) Antibiotics were taken within 6 months before enrollment; 3) Smoking patients; 4) The researcher predicted poor compliance; 5) Women are pregnant, nursing or taking contraceptives.
