Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinically diagnosed as odontogenic cyst of jaw 2. in generally good condition (ASA I class or II class) 3. after periodontal fundamental treatment 4. volunteer to participate and signed the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women 2. history of irradiation of head-neck region 3. long course of taking corticosteroids and immunosuppressor 4. acute infection of tooth
