Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Outpatients with dialysis age>=3 months and receiving hemodialysis treatment three times a week; 3. Patients with a clinical frailty scale (CFS) score of 3-4, indicating pre frailty; 4. Muscle strength = level 3 and possessing independent walking ability; 5. Possess basic skills in using smartphones; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Resting systolic blood pressure>200mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg; 2. There are unstable states of cardiac function such as unstable ischemia, unexplained heart failure, uncontrollable arrhythmia, or other situations that may worsen due to exercise; 3. The presence of symptoms and signs of deep vein thrombosis; 4. Patients with diabetes whose blood sugar is>=16.7mmol/L and complicated with ketosis, taking insulin or insulin secretagogues and blood sugar is<=5.5mmol/L; 5. Severe anemia, Hb<80g/L; 6. Patients who undergo regular exercise (3 months, 3 times a week, 30 minutes of exercise per day) or participate in exercise or behavioral change interventions during the same period; 7. Individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
