Age

40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria: chronic cough, sputum, dyspnea, and/or a history of exposure to COPD risk factors. Pulmonary function tests indicated that FEV1/FVC < 0.70 after bronchodilator application; (2) Stable COPD; (3) The age group of Han nationality is more than 40 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute exacerbation of COPD occurred within 2 weeks; (2) Complicated with other pulmonary diseases: pulmonary interstitial diseases, active pulmonary tuberculosis, pleural effusion, lung tumors, pulmonary resection, etc.; (3) Complicated with cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, mental and cognitive dysfunction; (4) poor dependence.
