Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who meet KOA's diagnostic standards for Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; ? The age range is between 40 and 75 years old; ? Those who agree and have signed an informed consent form; ? Those who have not used traditional Chinese and Western medicine or other therapies related to the treatment of knee osteoarthritis within the past 1 month; ? Patients with knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages were selected, namely, those with joint function grade (ACR standard) or bone joint radiological condition grade (Kellgren Lawrence grade) II and III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute knee injury, tuberculosis of the knee, tumor, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.; ? Radiological imaging of bones and joints suggests significant narrowing of joint spaces or formation of bone bridge connections between joints, or even formation of skeletal ankylosis Those with significant knee joint deformities such as eversion; ? Patients with a history of vascular and nerve injury in the affected limb; ? Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; ? Psychotic patients; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Those who have received relevant drugs or other treatments for knee osteoarthritis within the past 1 month but have not been terminated.
