UC Group:Treatment with mesalazine
Autonomous Sports Group:Home independent exercise training group in addition to conventional treatment
EE Group:Home based voluntary motor training combined with environmental enrichment EE training is provided in addition to conventional therapy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed according to the Consensus Opinion on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018, Beijing) of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Group of the Chinese Society of Gastroenterology; (2) Aged 18-75 years; (3) Able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of a researcher; (4) Informed and voluntary participation in this study. Healthy controls were included in the same period who had a healthy physical examination without ulcerative colitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with mental retardation or severe cognitive impairment; (2) Those with combined serious diseases such as severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic or renal insufficiency or cancer.
