Weight loss walking group:On the basis of traditional rehabilitation training, hip joint weight reduction walking training is added
Weight reduction walking+disturbance group:Add hip joint weight loss and disturbance training on the basis of traditional rehabilitation training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of patients was in accordance with the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases revised at the Fourth Academic Conference of Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995. Patients who were clinically diagnosed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage after head CT or MR examination: 1. Stable vital signs; 2. First onset; 3. The course of disease is less than 6 months; 4. Three to four stages of Brinell's staging; 5. Holdden walk level 3; 6. Lower limb muscle tension is less than or equal to grade 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable condition; 2. Severe speech and cognitive dysfunction, affecting the training process; 3. Those with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency who cannot complete the test 4. Bone and joint diseases; 4. Vision, hearing impairment and carsickness, seasickness; 5. Accompanied by other nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's disease or epilepsy;
