Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Scoliosis group 1. Coronal cobb angle > 10 ° ; 2.Age > 16 years old ; risser sign 4-5 ; 3.No previous spinal surgery was performed ; 4.Voluntary to participate in this experiment, signed informed consent. ( 2 ) Normal control group 1.No history of scoliosis ; 2.Age > 16 years old ; 3.Voluntary to participate in this experiment, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with serious primary and organic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, liver and kidney system and hematopoietic system ; 2.Combined with other joint and muscle diseases, may affect the experimental results ; 3.Patients who received other treatments in the past year may have an impact on the experimental results ; 4. Negative rejection of treatment, unacceptable.
