18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Women of childbearing age =18 years old, =50 years old, sexual life history; (2) Patients with endometrial polyps found by transvaginal ultrasonography in the early follicular stage, accompanied by abnormal uterine bleeding or infertility, failed to receive expected treatment or drug treatment; (3) Patients with submucosal uterine fibroids less than or equal to 3cm in diameter found by transvaginal ultrasound or magnetic resonance examination, FIGO type 0 or type 1, accompanied by abnormal uterine bleeding or infertility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The number of submucosal uterine fibroids was =2; (2) Highly suspected endometrial malignancies; (3) There are contraindications for hysteroscopic surgery.
