Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Healthy children and children whose first diagnosis was KD within 5 to 8 days were selected as healthy control group and Kawasaki disease group, respectively. According to the 5th Revision of the Kawasaki Disease Research Council Diagnostic Guidelines, all KD patients included in the study were rigorously diagnosed. ? The subject or his guardian will sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude immune diseases, metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases, severe liver and kidney diseases, and other heart diseases. Blood samples, echocardiography and clinical laboratory indicators were collected in all KD children before receiving IVIG and anticoagulant therapy.
